Yes! High-quality braiding extension hair (standard colors like #1, #1B, #2, #4, #27, #30) is included with all boxbraids, knotless, twists, and tribal style bookings. You can select your preferred hair color when completing your booking wizard or contact us via WhatsApp for custom color mixes.

A standard $40 deposit is required to lock in your appointment time. Once you submit your booking request on our website, you will be redirected to WhatsApp to confirm details and receive deposit payment instructions (Zelle or CashApp). The remaining balance is paid at the studio upon style completion.

Please ensure your hair is thoroughly washed, blown out, and completely detangled prior to arriving. If you need us to wash and blow dry your hair, you can add our Shampoo & Blow Dry service (+$40) when reserving your slot.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a $20 deposit refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit fee.

Absolutely! We love recreating custom looks and Pinterest inspiration photos. Simply send us your reference photo via WhatsApp before or after booking so we can confirm styling requirements and timing.
